Does Relay join as a bot?
By default it joins as a participant called "Relay notes", so everyone knows the call is recorded. The desktop app can also record your side locally with no bot in the call.
Which languages work?
More than 40, including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese and Hindi. Relay detects the language and follows along when people switch mid-call.
Who can see my notes?
Only the people invited to the meeting, unless you share a link. Share links can expire, and admins can turn them off for the whole workspace.
Do you train AI on my calls?
No. Your audio and text are never used to train Relay's models or anyone else's. This is written into every customer contract.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans are refunded for the unused months. Your notes stay exportable for 30 days.
