FAQ
We roast on Tuesday and post on Wednesday with tracked delivery. Most bags land on Thursday or Friday.
Any time before Sunday midnight, from your account or by replying to the shipping email. Pausing is free.
Whole bean by default, because it stays fresh longer. We also grind for filter or espresso the morning we post.
Filter tastes best 7 to 30 days after roast. Give espresso 10 days of rest. The roast date is printed on every bag.
To the EU every four weeks, with £6 postage per box. Beans travel two to four days.
The bags are home-compostable paper with a plant-based valve. The box goes in the paper recycling.
