Can I return them?
Yes. Run in them for 30 days. If they are not for you, send them back free, even worn. Up to 50 km on the clock is fine. Refunds land in 5 working days.
How do they fit?
True to size for most feet. Between two sizes, go half a size up. Wide feet: go half up and take out the thin insole spacer that ships in the box. Exchanges for another size are free while stock lasts.
How does the drop work?
The shop opens Friday at 10:00 CET. Everyone who is in the queue at 10:00 gets a random place, so there is no point refreshing at 09:59. One pair per person, checked by address and card.
When does it ship?
Every pair ships the Monday after the drop, from our workshop. Free shipping in the EU and UK, tracked, 2 to 4 days.
Will Siren come back?
No. Every colour is made once. When the 2,000 pairs are gone, they are gone.
