What is included in the price?
A finished home: kitchen with appliances, bathrooms tiled, oak floors, heat pump, roof solar, a bike shed and a planted garden or balcony. Parking is €18,000 extra for houses and included for the Loft.
How much do I need to reserve a plot?
€2,000. It holds your plot and price for 28 days while your mortgage is approved, and you get it back if the bank says no.
Can I rent first and buy later?
Yes, for Flats and 2-bed Terraces. Rent for up to three years and a quarter of what you paid goes towards the deposit if you buy.
What if the build runs late?
For every month past the date in your contract we pay one month of your current rent or mortgage, up to six months.
How green are the homes?
Energy class A+, timber frames, triple glazing, a heat pump and roof solar. No gas pipe comes onto the site.
